I started out in vehicle manufacturing, building motorhomes, ambulances and converting American imports to right hand drive.I moved to W.A which landed me a role in hospitality where I saw business through a different lense.I worked my way up to management where I thrived leading a team and the business soared.With these new skills I entered a hybrid role in the A.T.M servicing industry, first as a field service technician and then as an armed security guard.I honed my skills in critical thinking, problem solving, maintaining the highest standard of integrity and responsibility, and learnt to interact with key stakeholders in a professional space.Returning to the vehicle manufacturing industry, I supervised a small team and helped implement systems and processes I learnt in my earlier years, whilst coaching the team to meet quality standards and kpi targets.Now as a Production manager I feel more engaged than ever to make a positive impact!
