I supervised a team of 8 in a busy working environment. My excellent organisational skills ensure the team are motivated and provided with all the relevant information, skills and materials needed to meet daily production requirements. I have a wide range of administrative and office duties such as contract review of incoming purchase order instructions and I was responsible for inputting data on a database together with the responsibility of purchasing of stock and raw materials daily.My duties also encompass maintaining schedules and the forward planning of daily production requirements My role here has allowed me to deal with various service users and operational staff at management and factory level. I regularly liaise with all parties to ensure smooth collaboration of transactions which ensures the company derives the best financial rewards and the customer the highest standard of product, a mutually beneficial arrangement. I also have a very hands on approach where I work on the shop floor on a daily basis

as a Stock Controller but after six months I was promoted to become a customer account manager

Duties included liaising with customers to meet their transport and stock requirements, a position requiring flexibility, patience and organisation as clients requirements can change numerous times during the day.; Role and ResponsibilitiesI began as a Process Worker on a galvanizing process, working to set specifications, ensuring the chemistry was correct and inspecting the finished goods. I then progressed to the sherardizing department which involved the special process of sheradizing and phosphating components again conforming to strict customer specifications. In 1991 I was promoted to the staff position of Materials Controller where my principal duties were to organize and control daily transport requirements In this role I supervised six staff in the goods inwards and despatch departments performing various tasks including booking in and out, contract review, sales order processing, invoicing and credit control. My other responsibilities included working in tandem with the Area Production Managers to ensure that every order was completed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Again this required flexibility and the ability to negotiate with the customers in order to achieve mutually acceptable and beneficial results for all concerned. I also had to produce daily/monthly sales and production reports which I then presented to site manager/director.
