With over 30 years of experience in providing business-focused legal advice, I lead JPMorgan Chase’s legal coverage of U.S. investment grade-capital markets, including debt private placements, and the U.S. leveraged finance securities business. In this role, I provide business-focused legal advice to colleagues around the world and assist my clients in their risk mitigation assessments.
