My role within the company involves me ordering parts, making service and inspection schedules. Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs, breakdowns and call outs to site,24 hour standby cover, site damage repairs, fault finding, problem solving over the phone, engineering and fabrication on-site or in the workshop and welding using mig and stick. Also Inspecting plant in accordance with loler and puwer. I also carry out large scale overhauls to the piling rigs. I also write all my own method statements and risk assessments and lift plans for the work I carry out. Im very diverse with different systems such as electrical over hydraulic and servo systems. I have also worked along side the manufacturers when they have came to inspect or repair the machines.
