My experience includes policy analysis at ACC, programme management at the Department of Labour, and management of the Fisheries economic work program. I also led a portfolio of economic development investment funds at the Ministry for Primary Industries ($40m).I bring strong commercial experience through my work negotiating two large Primary Growth Partnership program contracts with the Fishing Industry, and more recently as the General Manager of Royal Wellington Golf Club (30 Staff, and $14m balance sheet).I am experienced in presenting complex policy advice to Ministers, senior management and Boards and have led cabinet processes and other machinery of Government work.
