As an adept ACCA qualified accountant with 13 years PQE, I have a well-rounded skill set. In my current role my main duties are to lead on all direct and indirect tax reporting matters including Statutory Reporting, Corporation Tax, VAT, P11d and PSA returns, import and export taxes, EC Sales and Intrastat and to liaise with HMRC and our external auditors to ensure all tax liabilities are calculated correctly. Other tasks include, but are not restricted to, lease accounting, revenue recognition analysis, monthly HFM consolidated reporting, Apprentice Levy accounting, monthly balance sheet reviews, reconciliations and journals, pension accounting, Intercompany reconciliations and continuous process improvement.In previous roles I have had extensive experience of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, monthly management information, fixed asset register maintenance and audit and international internal audit. I have also worked on a number of projects including 2 ERP system implementations, Global Cash Management and a Contract Harmonisation Project.
