Part of the Partnerships and Major Projects team within Engie’s Yorkshire and Midlands Division. Reporting to the Major Projects Director providing overall Project Management of the Pre-construction stage of complex projects for a variety of end uses including Build to Rent, Open Market Sale, Student Accommodation, Hotels and Retirement Living.Focused on winning work by means of negotiation and cultivating relationships with existing clients. My role is focused on land led development opportunities in partnership with Social Housing Providers and PRS Operators together with managing the Multi Disciplinary team through the Pre Development stage of Lifestyle by Engie Retirement Living product.

Working within the Regeneration and Residential Affordable Sector. Primary role has been to provide Technical advice to Leeds City Council during the procurement stage of a Housing PFI project.

I was the key point of contact for our Client’s and other stakeholders from the appointment of Gleeson Regeneration as preferred developer on major housing led regeneration projects such as Grove Village PFI scheme, Manchester (included 660 new build for sale, 650 refurbishment properties), Beswick, New East Manchester (New Build development of 450 properties for sale and 150 new build council owned properties) and St Mary’s, Oldham (Development of 170 new build properties across tenures).
