• Act as the gateway into the outsourced service model for day to day service of key strategic suppliers• Accountable for the day to day management of outsourced service provider to ensure key operational performance metrics are achieved as per contractual obligations• Lead on contractual renewals and re-negotiations to ensure the business is protected • Subject Matter Expert on value chain and processes• Manage supplier performance and achievements of agreed service levels. Instigate actions to remedy poor performance and manage these through to conclusion• Manage incidents, ensuring remedial actions and resolutions appropriately reflect the business criticality (including communication with all key stakeholders). Ensure Root Cause Analysis follow through to prevent recurrence. • Run and optimize demand forecasting into the suppliers I manage• Accountable for all compliance requirements for the third party supplier to include adherences to the Supplier & Sourcing Management Policy (SSMP). • Drive the delivery of change and innovation into the Supplier.• Drive improvement initiatives with the supplier/operational areas to consider the wider, end to end process impact and customer impact.
