Development Phase Coach - U16s (Lead Coach) & U18s (Assistant Coach) • Develop and nurture players to ensure a structured and comprehensive pathway to First Team Football, or to a loan club • Design, organise and deliver tailored and effective training sessions to individual players and the collective squad, in linewith the Club's Development Phase Model• Encourage players to enhance their existing skills, whilst setting high standards of development in their weaker areas through tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs)• Support the players' technical, tactical, physical and psychological progression through a high-quality coaching programme, and liaison with other coaches, Academy Head, sports scientists, medical team and Safeguarding Officer• Ensure that matchday preparations are seamless; overseeing decision making in team selection and tactics before and during the game, as well as travel arrangements, kit requirements and delivery of extensive warm-up• Analyse individual, unit and team performance on a daily basis to develop areas of strength and improve weaknesses, before delivering one-to-one weekly feedback meetings of this analysis to the players, and updating IDPs accordingly• Ensure The Football Squad, Hudl and Wyscout is updated with accurate training, physical statistics and match reports • Create a positive, inclusive and safe environment for players to reach their full potential. Provide mentorship andguidance, whilst always upholding the Club's Safeguarding Policies and Code of ConductYouth Phase Manager - U13s - U16s, plus U16s Lead Coach• Managed the Youth Phase of the Academy Programme, helping to develop a positive learning environment for all players and staff• Designed and implemented IDP programme for all Youth Phase players• Key decision maker on the signing of full time players, as well as the management of borderline players who were placed on a performance programme. This included the communication of these decisions to players and parents.• Management of part time Youth Phase coaches, ensuring adequate cover for training sessions and games, delivering coach's in-service training, evaluating coaching perfomances and supporting development in line with the Club's Academy Philosophy• Lead coach of the U16 squad, responsible for training and matchday performances, a well as player and parent liaison
