This role is also responsible for providing professional sales administration service to the local UK business as well as support to EMEA Sales Operations to enhance organizational and personal effectiveness.

• Project management of site improvements • Preparing processing tenders for contractors & supervising suppliers whilst they are on-site.• Arrange for periodic inspection and servicing of key facilities systems.• Maintain the sites housekeeping and waste streams• Lead and assist with the day-to-day Office Services tasks including: Room orientations, Setting up of AV equipment, Hospitality, Telephone, Meet & greet visitors to site, Post etc.• Assist with Office Services projects including: Wellbeing, Long Service, Training Courses• Liaising with landlord of commercial property; host quarterly site inspections• Organise and monitor the upkeep of the company archive.• Ensuring the site meets health and safety requirements.• Environment compliance – work with company consultant and other BW entities to ensure we are achieving expected environmental improvements in line with new legislation.

• Liaise with our suppliers to ensure best value against price.• Obtain quotations for major work and follow the established process to get authorisation to commence work.• Ensure Service Contracts are in place.• Plan the £1M spend on moving the shop floor and renovating the office areas.• Maintain the project plan.• Identify and involve key stakeholders to ensure they buy in to the project and feel empowered to be able to participate.• Source Items for our capital equipment spend and update our budgetary spend plan.
