With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, I have a strong background in back-end software development, scripting, Linux administration, and SAN.Previously, I worked as a DCO Tech IV at Amazon, where I was involved in data center server and network maintenance and support, Python programming and training, and AWS IOT and Django project work. I also created an IOT security device and cloud based metrics reporting for Amazon. Before that, I was an enterprise data and Linux consultant at Tobu Pengin, a Linux consulting firm that specializes in cloud software, Linux HPC and data clusters. I assisted customers in cloud application development, sizing enterprise data environments, designing and implementing Linux high performance clusters, and troubleshooting and maintaining select data storage appliances.I am a United States Air Force veteran and a proud holder of the EMC Proven Professional Specialist Implementation Engineer, VNX Solutions Specialist Version 8.0 (EMCIE) and the EMC Information Storage Associate Version 2 certifications.
