Resulting in a significant improvement in quality, technical knowledge and professional development.• Reviewed the organisation lifting equipment inspection and thorough examination processes in accordance with LOLER and PUWER’ 98, enhancing inspector performance knowledge and required certification.• Conducting a time and motion review, using LEAN principals to significantly improve working conditions. Maximising productivity and use of available resources and facilities.• Identifying 10 staff to deploy to an overseas location. Managing, identifying and delivering equipment and military training requirements. Resulting in a 100% pass rate and successful deployment.• Author of the engineering management directive, the guideline for processes, training and management systems used in the workshop.
