The system provides a visible pipeline to all candidates, their progress level, and identification of students-at-risk.- Augmented Reality application to support in-class operations simulation that used 2-dimensional print to trigger 3-dimensional piece of equipment that can be explored and manipulated.- Interactive student course and reference materials including iBooks and interactive pdfs that include audio, video, branched content, animated illustrations, and self-tests.- Interactive structure for presenting continuous improvement toolset patterned after the periodic table of the elements. The table of tools includes curated content from internal and external sources and is deployed as an interactive web page and as a regularly updated iPad app that includes offline content for use as just-in-time performance support.- Mobile learning portal with library of microlearning content used for course homework, optional learning, and reference.- Redesign of instructor-led leadership course to support use of iPads in classroom in 2012. Proprietary system connected instructors to students to present information just-in-time, support in-presentation questions and polling, and conduct knowledge checks and evaluations.
