WHO AM I?I’m a UX & Interaction Design Specialist based in Sydney, Australia. I’m often thinking about people and problems - and creative, ‘outside-the-box’ solutions. A natural empath, I’m observant and love asking questions to find out more about what drives people’s behaviour online.Currently I’m the UX Lead for Gency, the second web/UX design and development company I’ve co-founded. We love helping Aussie businesses connect with their customers and clients by designing thoughtful websites, products and experiences that are memorable and make a real difference.You’ll also find me freelancing as Brand Meet Design (brandmeetdesign.com) – a new partnership with my très talented wife.Before establishing Gency, I spent 20 years working at Toowards, the first company I co-founded in the web/UX design space. Toowards started in the humble environs of my bedroom, eventually expanding to become a team of 14 in a lovely office in the Sydney CBD, and where lunchtime team frisbee championships were born.
