I have worked with Priceline for over 10 years, in a variety of stores and positions, ranging from 1.5 million turnover to 5million plus. In my time at Priceline I spent 2 years with the store development team, managing the setup of new stores, the refurbuishment of stores, rebranding new franchise partners to the Priceline banner and also assisted in the closerure of stores. This roles invloved working with franchise parnters and their store teams, our store development team, merchandise & space planning teams and various other business teams across the network, in Victoria and interstate.In my current role as retail store manager, the most rewarding part of my position is coaching and developing my store team and watching them grow within the business and within themselves. The most important aspect of my is ensuring that I, with my team, provide a first class customer service exprience to our customers.Some of the responisbilities of my position include but not limited to:-Coaching and developing my team-OHS compliance-Rostering and wage management-Planning and implementing promotional activity-Stock management-Merchandising-Building relationships with suppliers and other third parties
