• Responsible for the creation and execution of a Global RFP, involving up to 20 carriers across multiple service levels to produce fixed and stable rates to support the business.• Provide global support to our offices to ensure rates shared to our rate management tool are uploaded into our systems to ensure jobs are quoted accordingly • Provide global users with data insights into how their offices are performing and how improvements can be made to ensure these errors do not reoccur on a monthly basis• Provide operational support on various projects to help streamline processes and create solutions that will optimize current manual processes• Provide liaison offices to airline management at global level where escalation is required to provide resolution to current issues i.e. missing shipments, temperature excursions• Ensure flights provided by external vendor appear correctly within our transport management system and where flights are missing, provide escalation support and manually create flights as necessary• Provide support to the ESG team to help with the calculation of carbon emissions for shipments for air and other methods of transportation

- To analyse new clients as how best they can be best managed. - To set up any new internal procedures for the CTM team to follow so the clients expectations are met.- Assess the clients requirements for reporting and arrange a reporting schedule to be followed. - To hold internal quarterly procedural reviews for all clients within the CTM team. - To assist sales in holding KPI performance reviews.
