Oversee operations remotely and directly for a 70,000 square foot indoor family entertainment center in Little Rock, AR. Train and mentor a staff of 15+ managers and supervisors with a total of 70 employees. Develop marketing strategies, create plans and launch at the store level. Several operational missions fall under my responsibility including an annual food bid, software and equipment upgrades and associated training. Prepare evaluations of staff, equipment and facility in order to report directly to the owner.

Complete management of the nationwide accounts in the Retail Natural Health market channel. Serviced existing accounts and their continued business as well as generated new sales and sought out new opportunities within the market channel. Provided sales and technical support of products at retail shows and conventions. Sales is this market channel had been flat for 3 years prior to my arrival, after my short tenure, I had achieved a 30% increase.

Responsible for oversight of a $14M, 70,000 square foot family entertainment center project in Little Rock, AR. Including all facets of facility construction and equipment installation, partial design elements and establishing all vendor and supplier relations. Also created the various group, birthday and business sales programs and their respective marketing strategies as well as the overall advertising plan for the operation. Developed, wrote and implemented management hierarchy and all job descriptions. Recuited, hired and trained 90+ employees and managers.
