Reporting to the Head of Visual & Creative I am responsible for;* Delivering outstanding visual proposition of new space, modernisation programmes and space optimisation projects. * Working with internal and external partners to deliver visual projects within Outfit on time and to budget. * Engaging with suppliers looking at new ways of working and bringing new ideas to Outfit. * Reviewing processes to ensure we operate efficiently and cost effectively.

Working in a fast paced, expanding company I support with the delivery of LFL growth on my area, new store openings and supporting the wider business through project work. I work hard to develop visual excellence on the area to ensure my stores look exciting and welcoming to customers at all times. I seek to secure investment to the stores I support to enhance their visual propositions and to ensure they remain at the forefront of their retail parks. Working in a multi brand environment, building strong relationships with both internal and external brands is crucial to ensure the business is supported. A key part of my role is promoting the development of the Visual Specialists in store to ensure they are operating to the best of their ability in delivering visual excellence. Recently I have supported the business with multi media projects namely through the production of video's which are facilitating new ways of learning throughout the business. As the business grows we need to consider new ways in which to engage staff and management in delivering business objectives to support lfl and new growth. I am currently looking at ways of working with social media to further support engagement across the business. With the current continued expansion of our business I am responsible for delivering fantastic new space to further the success of OUTFIT and am currently supporting new store openings across my area.

Responsible for driving sales and profit across brands managed in store. Successful in driving model store scores throughout the store where previously the store had not performed well. Built strong internal/external relationships to drive excellent visual proposition throughout the store. Responsible for coaching and developing members of my team to ensure they had the right support and training to deliver business expectations.

Joined the Arcadia Group with the Burton brand as a Graduate Trainee. This was a focused one year programme that looked at all aspects of the retail business from product, merchandising, VM and management. Whilst on the programme, I got the opportunity to work across many stores across Glasgow and I was successfully appointed as a Store Manager on completion of the training programme.
