Design, programming and commissioning of a Chemical Dosing Skids for water reclamation and Reverse Osmosis PlantsKey Project: 80m³/h RO Plant for Fonterra NZThe Design for the RO system included 1 master control panel which incorporated the Main PLC and the Drives for the RO system pumps and 4 slave panels incorporating PLC’s and pneumatics. These were interconnected by an Ethernet network. Design the panels producing all the drawings using AutoCAD Electrical, and then developed the plc program using Allen Bradley RS Logix5000. Debugging the Allen Bradley RSview Scada interface which was developed by an outside contractor .Modified the Scada System in conjunction with the site operators to suit their day to day needs. Travelled to New Zealand to help with the final testing, instrument calibration and commissioning.

Control panel design, Installation supervision and CommissioningKey Project: New Baggage Handling System at Sydney Airport Aided in the design of control panels to interface the new conveyors with existing ones producing all the drawings with AutoCAD Electrical using Siemens existing conveyor designs and working with a larger team. After design was complete the team moved to site to supervise contractors and the installation of the conveyors and X-Ray machines and assisted the PLC programmers with commissioning and troubleshooting of the new system
