I am an Operations Technician with EnQuest, working on the Magnus Platform where I am involved in the daily operations of the Asset. I completed my N/SVQ Level 3 Process Operations: Hydrocarbons in March 2019, while working at Sullom Voe Terminal as an Apprentice Operator for 2 years, and was awarded the qualification in April. I have also achieved my City & Guilds Certificate in Petroleum Processing Technology, which consists of 10 Process Operations topics, completed via open learning. I also completed a 2 year Traineeship with EnQuest working on the Thistle Alpha and Heather Alpha, where I was involved in the decommissioning campaign of the Heather Alpha.I am accountable for assisting and running designated process operations and systems on site on the Magnus working 12 hour shifts, all aspects of plant operation, preparation for maintenance including gas freeing/gas testing, isolation and reinstatement of plant.Proactive towards safety and operations, make suggestions for continuous improvement and follow through on commitments. Total commitment to compliance and completing all training tasks given. Maintaining a strong focus upon the upkeep of all Health & Safety procedures, while working with speed and accuracy to ensure the efficient running of the plant.I am focused upon delivering work of the highest professional standards to ensure all assignments and duties are completed to a high standard and on time. Consistently demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills in a timely manner, with the problem solving skills required to resolve complex issues that may appear in process plant and equipment.
