I am an experienced company director with over 20 years’ experience in the transportation and recruitment fields. After starting in rail as a maintenance track engineer in 1993, I developed my skills in Engineering and Project Management working for McGinley Support Services to deliver a number projects in the UK including overseeing the resource management for the Plain Line Renewals Project on Wales & Western supplied into Amey Seco. I have worked in the recruitment/workforce management field since 2000, initially as a Project Manager at McGinley Support Services and from 2009 as the Accounts Director of Ganymede Solutions Limited. Since my appointment I have directed Ganymede to be one of the UK’s leading suppliers of contingent labour in safety critical environments.As Accounts Director at Ganymede I work predominately within the rail infrastructure industry. Sector management includes but is not restricted to maintenance, renewals PL and S&C, technical, safety critical, OLE isolation & planning services, civil and structural engineering.
