An award winning writer and director of music clips, content, commercials and short film, I cut my teeth directing for acts such as Oasis, EMINEM, Barbara Streisand.Working as a Creative at ambient advertising agency ‘Cunning Stunts’, I directed a spoof ‘viral’ film about a suicide bomber in a VW, it gained global attention. This propelled me into twisted online ‘viral’ advertising, making films for clients such as Playstation, Axe, GHD, and Visa. I directed traditional TV commercials for clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Pfizer and Unilever. I’m much better at the dark side, the naughty side. I create an emotional response in the viewer, I wanna make you laugh, cry, be scared or cheer. My viral knowledge led me to be interviewed on the BBC’s ‘The Culture Show’ and Radio 4’s ‘The Arts Programme about the rise of the ‘Viral’ film.A film I wrote and directed for the NCA (National Crime Agency): ‘Ollie’s Story’'s about Cybercrime's effect on teenagers, won awards including Best International Director and Best Script at the Cannes TV Awards, Best Drama and ‘Best Film On Social Issues’ at the New York Festival Awards and two Gold Awards at London’s EVCOM Film Awards. It even has a hate film made about it online, I’m so proud of this fact. I continue to write and direct content for a wide range of clients such as Shell, Vodafone, McDonalds, Deloitte, KMPG, HSBC and Lloyds.I’m also a TV Commercial Script and Treatment Ghost Writer for the worlds biggest feature Directors, such as Chloe Zhao (Nomadland), Sean Baker (Florida Project), Jon Chu (Crazy Rich Asians, Wicked), Rick Famuyiwa (The Mandalorian). My first short ‘Ups & Downs’ - about two brothers fight for their mothers attention, one with Down’s Syndrome, was selected for the Emerging Filmmakers Showcase at the Cannes Film festival. It also won Best Film and Best Actor at the Cannes Disability Awards. It went on to play at festivals worldwide.‘Bad Dreams’ is a psychological horror short about the hell of child abuse, has won many awards around the world as well as many in the United States. My first feature script, a comedy - ‘The Useful Idiots’ about a washed up middle-aged band, who’s equipment is stolen, decide to enter the ‘World Air Guitar Championships’ has gained interest. My TV show pilot entitled ‘Algorithm Angels’, is written and the premise - The only place you tell the truth is typing into your search engine, what if, our hero, can see and hear other people’s algorithms, to know the truth behind everyone, seeing algorithms floating on shoulders like little guardian angles.
