An experienced and accomplished Production Supervisor and Site Manager managing teams of up to 60 Operators per shift (3 shift pattern), within a fast-paced, high volume automotive component manufacturing company. With sole responsibility for up to 8 primary production lines (co-extrusion and extrusion). I possess excellent planning and people management skills; able to engage with, motivate and direct team members to achieve production targets and maximise their own potential by encouraging, mentoring and coaching them. I am considered commercially aware, adaptable, flexible and resilient, I posses excellent communication skills and within the manufacturing sector have an extensive knowledge of production techniques and set up reduction procedures.
