Works Team LMP1 Chassis data & systems engineer, Providing on event track support encompassing Engine and Chassis data and preparing data for driver and chassis comparison.Specialist areas include:-Fuel cell development,Water and oil tank development.Paddle shift (Air powered) installation and development.Electrical fault finding and diagnosis.Selection of electronic hardware and sensor specifications.Main Loom, Gearbox loom and Engine harness mock-up.Direct injection engine and electronics hardware installation.Lifing of engine and electrical parts,Implementing rebuild paperwork and maintaining records.Specific dyno calibration and development testing.Pro-E base level CAD design.

Works Engine Engineer Aston Martin Racing DBR9Providing track support, Engine development and dyno testing, vehiclefuel system development and instrumentation, gearshift control anddevelopment, traction control system development. Fly-by-wire throttlecontrol implementation. During this time we competed in the AmericanLeMans, FIA GT, LMS and multiple class wins within the LeMans 24hr.Other areas of responsibility were automated pit board design andfabrication, Load cell fuel rig design and implementation. Automatedvehicle starting / safety intervention during pit-stop situations.

Engine Engineer Prodrive Customer support for BMS Scuderia Italia.Providing trackside engine control support for the customer team whichcontributed to 2 consecutive overall wins in the FIA GT Championship.Other areas of responsibility whilst factory based were:-Loom design and control unit mapping for the GT3 V12 Engine.Dyno hardware improvements and Fuel injector test rig design.
