Responsible for providing an extensive range of industrial equipment for the food industry, primarily conveyor systems used for inspection.Prime contribution within this role is to produce machine designs and detailed drawings of components, create BOM’s and to ensure that machines are built as specified. A working knowledge of frame work design, sheet metal fabrication, welding symbols and geometrical tolerances is vital.During the final assembly of each machine I am heavily involved with colleagues on the shop floor, ensuring that my projects are built to company specifications and responsible for their successful completion within company dead-lines.

Primarily for the operation of ¼ turn valves, used within process plants, including petro-chemical and sewage waste treatment.My role involved designing specialist machinery used in the manufacture of Kinetrol's product range, overseeing the final build, test and set-up of each machine.
