• Oversee Sales of $40+/million for West Zone Respiratory Product Portfolio• Increase sales revenues by planning and supporting sales and marketing activities in concert with the management team including RSM’s, Clinical Specialist , Product Managers, and Corporate Sales • Monitor and report Regional and Zone sales results and forecast to VP• Work closely with the GPO and IDN Sales teams to drive compliance and sales of the Respiratory product line• Field sales responsibilities including Rep ride-along, in-servicing and installation of products when needed. • Work closely with RSM’s to identify and target growth opportunities.• Inside support for large Bids and IDN programs including cross referencing and competitive information• Develop and present product and contract portfolios where needed. • Communicate internally and externally, motivating people without the necessity of formal management/direct report authority.• Create/ Develop new Sales reports for Anesthesia and Respiratory Managers.• Work with Sales Operations team to develop Regional and Rep level sales measurable.• Managing and coordinating customer interface and relationships across all stake holders• Develop and build Zone KOL relationships
