• Backclaim StatementsResponsible for creating monthly back-claim statements and invoices for licensees ensuring that requests from key account licensees are honoured and adhered to. • Royalty TrackingDevelop and maintain a close working relationship with various MCPS departments including the Licensing team and Licensing Operations to aide the resolution of Royalty Failures, in quarter and on spilt batches.Liaise with external and internal customers in the resolution of back-claim and member queries, adhering to service level agreements.• PQA Adjustments EMIResearching and adjusting claims to ensure that monies received from EMI are allocated and released for Distribution.
