Creates workscopes for each engine visit, noting all requirements and tasks to be accomplished during the visit, and effectively communicates these to service provider. Ensure that budgets are produced, and monitor service provider to ensure the achievement of cost targets. Facilitate communication between Customers and services providers and function as the Single Point of Contact.Assist in resolving any issues that arise from the review of completed maintenance visits, and participate in the resolution of quality problems highlighted by feedback from customers, regulatory audits, and internal improvement programs.
