Achieve availability, distribution and coverage targets within a defined call base and set timescale.• Ensure full distribution of agreed range of Imperial Tobacco products• Fill distribution gaps through direct selling to the retailer• Introduce new products in line with business objectives• Process sales accurately and shape the size of the customer’s order through up-selling• Collect outlet data audit (contact details, share of space, distribution, visibility, pricing)• Create retailer engagement for Imperial Tobacco products through in store activities and high level of service.• Product training and product placement to ensure Imperial Tobacco brands are recommended to existing tobacco smokers.• Ensure minimum share of space and merchandising is maintain on Imperial Tobacco furniture in line with contracts
