With over 10 years of experience in human-computer interaction (HCI), I am a Senior Human Factors Engineer at a leading engineering company in the field of user-centred design and innovation. My mission is to create products and services that enhance the user experience, meet the needs of diverse audiences, and support the goals of key stakeholders. I leverage my expertise in user psychology, cognitive assessment, data analysis, and rapid prototyping to conduct user research, design strategies, and evaluation activities in various user-centred projects. I have delivered groundbreaking insights and solutions for clients across different domains and sectors, such as education, health, and gaming. I am also an active contributor to the HCI research community, with multiple publications and awards, and a regular speaker and lecturer at international forums.
