As a former director of RMB Resources, experience covers all stages of a mining company financing including: deal origination, structuring the financing, conducting technical due diligence, financial modelling, preparing company valuations, evaluating rates of return, preparing and delivering financing proposals for investment approval, managing loan documentation, managing the performance of loans and monitoring equity investments.
