About Stuart Gregor

Stu has been a professional talker, drinker, eater, writer, investor, business owner and author for the best part of the past 20 years. Probably best known as a co-founder and Global Trade Director of Four Pillars Gin from 2013-2023 when the business was sold to Lion and Stuart departed the business. Before starting the gin distillery he was founder of Liquid Ideas, Australia's leading communications agency for food, drink, travel and lifestyle brands. . A former panellist on ABC's Gruen and regular media commentator, Stu has a Masters in Marketing from the Melbourne Business School, a Diploma in Wine Marketing from Adelaide University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was President of the Australian Distillers Association (2014-2022) and was a Director of food rescue organization, OzHarvest for nine years. Stuart is the inaugural Chair of Judges at the Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show in 2024 and was inducted into the Australian Distillers Hall of Fame in 2023. He is available for speaking engagements through Celebrity Speakers or ICMI.
