I have being chairing Ringwood East & Heathmont Bendigo community bank model for over 13 years. Our local community bank has helped over a 100 different community groups with over $2 million in donations going back to the community. It was an honour to receive an Australia Day award from the City of Maroondah 2017, as the chair of the coolheads campaign. This Community Event was organised to raise money for 2 scalp cooling machines that would prevent women from loosing hair battling breast cancer. The $145k raised went to Eastern Health.

I merged the business with Barry Plant to become a joint partner in 3 offices. We employed over 12 sales people, consistently in the top 5 offices within the group. My role was to work with staff to ensure they were reaching their KPI, encourage them to look at new opportunities, ensure they were reaching their own personal and work goals, coaching them through the good and bad times of real estate.

Within 3 years when I merged the business with Barry Plant group we had built the rent roll from nothing to over 200 properties, taken the sales from Nothing to a profitable business, expanded the business from 1 to 5 people.
