This Community Event was organised to raise money for 2 scalp cooling machines that would prevent women from loosing hair battling breast cancer. The $145k raised went to Eastern Health.

I purchased an existing business in town, re badged the office to be a Barry Plant office, looked after over 300 rentals, employed over 7 staff.

I merged the business with Barry Plant to become a joint partner in 3 offices. We employed over 12 sales people, consistently in the top 5 offices within the group. My role was to work with staff to ensure they were reaching their KPI, encourage them to look at new opportunities, ensure they were reaching their own personal and work goals, coaching them through the good and bad times of real estate.

I purchased the business from my previous employer, changed the name and developed the business to be very successful. Within 3 years when I merged the business with Barry Plant group we had built the rent roll from nothing to over 200 properties, taken the sales from Nothing to a profitable business, expanded the business from 1 to 5 people.
