Responsible for over $1b of Quarterra’s DC Metro mixed-use development projects and pipeline with a passion to deliver creative, efficient, and successful products for our region.

Project team leader, managing the design and consultant team during the feasibility, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction process. Perform underwriting on new projects and manage budgets and contingencies throughout the life of the project. Company representative for all governmental authority and community associations.

Reviews development opportunities, generates project parameters within site and jurisdictional constraints to determine financial feasibility. Directs entitlement and permitting process, managing design process of mixed-use projects from Conceptual Drawings through Construction Documents.

Managed overall project from design completion through construction, including schedules, budgets, and deliveries.
