A BA role within the investment technology services team delivering a target operating model for the business and a replacement workflow tool. A US-based business analyst role within a mid-scale TSYS conversion, migrating cards accounts from Barclays US to CreditShop. Based within the bank’s Compliance team, my key responsibility was ensuring that all areas of the business as well as all vendors and partners had a cohesive, integrated plan for conversion.
