Current• Management of the development team formulating coatings, inks, and adhesives.• Technical responsibility of a global product portfolio.• Commercialising products across multiple European manufacture sites.• Maintain a large product portfolio within key industry standards and regulations at a global level. • Management of the laboratory resources and maintenance of laboratory equipment.• Communicate development progress to stakeholders at all levels.• Review training of personnel and create focused personal development plans.• Continual review of raw material compliance, cost, supply, and commercial perception.• Implementation of safety reviews, 5S events, and maintenance rotors.• Trained in Kepner Tregoe (KT) problem solving methodology.• Prioritisation of development projects and instigation of project reviews at key milestones.• Internal auditor across locations and departments to ensure ISO compliance.
