• Taking stock of all items in warehouse• Inputting data into inventory control databases• Researching items pertaining to the warehouse• Creating barcodes and labels for warehouse use• Receiving deliveries

• Organising all rooms for various events, ensuring there is enough stationery, liaising with various departments and organising agendas if required• Performing security tasks such as ensuring visitors sign into the building and issuing them with passes and patrolling the premises to check all doors are locked at the end of the day• Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries, making room bookings, answering email correspondence, faxing and filing• Managing all incoming and outgoing post, delivering post to various departments and ensuring all paperwork is correctly signed and filed accordingly
