My role was to work in partnership with senior client stakeholders to maximise the value and efficacy of their existing UKG One View Immedis contracts, introduce new service lines that demonstrate clear ROÍ such as One View Connect and Payments services, and play a supporting role in the alignment of UKG with Immedis on major accounts during transition and beyond.

My responsibility was to build adoption of Monster’s key HR technology solutions within new and existing Large Enterprise and Mid-market customers, and to play a major role in evolving the go-to-market strategy, whilst integrating an expanding product set.Working with senior recruitment stakeholders and operational users, my process from the outset was to fully understand all the key elements; from the overarching strategic and commercial business drivers, through to the minutiae of the day-to-day operational recruitment process.
