• Monthly Statistical analysis of Last Best Estimate, Profit and Loss account and Key Performance Indicators• Cost of Sales Review – Identified overcharging and incorrect billing on Communication Providers resulting in one off refunds of circa £100k. • Tender Screening & Support – Point of contact for UU Metering for the Tender Monitoring Service. Daily report received and passed to Sales Team with potential details. Producing new files (paper and electronic) for new ITT’s.• Commercial Governance – Making sure all quotes have relevant sign off and supporting documentation• Cost Valuation Reconciliation - Liaise with Complex Metering Commercial manager to report back to board project by project analysis.• Complex Valuation Report – Raw report received and updated into manageable format. This is combined with other reports to provide a comparison for Service Delivery. • Contractual Review – Liaise with Complex Metering Commercial manager to identify contract types list & implement a review program.• Risk Register – Update and monitor both Complex Metering internal risk register (reported on Monthly Board paper) and for Complex Metering Manager on The Hub Risk and Issue web page.• Client Liaison – Meeting with suppliers (both internal and external suppliers) to discuss contractual detail, services provided and improvement of services for United Utilities.• Co-ordinated Validus project – review of business to allow for streamlining of process and capture of savings in both the short and long term. Briefed findings to entire Facilities Management employees at road shows in Chorley and Thurrock.• Communications Contract Negotiation - Arranged transfer from one service provider to another after renegotiating existing expired contracts. Arranged transfer of old tariffs onto new and validated all Comms billed, making sure we only pay for what we use resulting in significant cost reduction
