As Vice President of Operations my role is to research the Public Market for opportunities with a primary focus on Educational Facilities. In addition my duties include the development of targeted client relationships and to implement Business Development strategies to meet the client needs. When we succeed and secure the work my role expands to the business side where I study the Owners standard Agreement and then negotiate Contract Terms & Conditions with the client. Once issued our Notice to Proceed the responsibilities shift once again to the Operations side where I match and assign staff to execute the project based on the needs of the project and the respective skill sets of the employees. As VP of Operations my continued involvement is paramount in order to keep focus and harmony. This requires the basic characteristics of monitoring job progress and schedule as well as assisting the Team in High Risk potential situations. We must collectively, as a Team maintain our focus and nurture the client relationship at all levels for future growth and opportunity.

As Operations Manager my job was to monitor multiple Construction Projects from cradle to grave. As the projects were being targeted my role was to research the projects from a site logistical point of view. This meant studying the lay of the land; establishing the approach of how to build the project; where will materials and staff come into and leave the site; material laydown areas, staff parking, crane and other heavy equipment paths, fuel storage, safety, etc....Once our Team mobilized to the site I would attend all meetings and support the Team as needed. I was also the main liason with the Owners and clients and met with them regularly to ensure expectations were always being met or exceeded.
