I have over 20 years experience in the indoor sport and leisure industry for North Tyneside Council. I have worked in a number of different roles across three indoor sites in my time with NTC. having came into the organisation as a sports coach a quickly climbed to working as a leisure assistant and on again to Assistant team leader where I would run a shift of lifeguards, gym instructors, cleaners and reception staff through the daily running of a busy sports centre.I also deliver the on going training to the centre staff and hold a current Pool Plant Operators Certified. I am also a RLSS qualified trainer assessor for national pool lifeguard guard qualifications as well as rookie lifeguards, outdoor water safety, reach and rescue and water smart instructor. with specialisms in AED, anaphylaxis and PXB rescue board.My coaching carer has been hugely varied and I currently hold coaching qualifications between level 1-3 in a number of different sports but my true sporting love is football. within football i have coached from 3 year old drop in football session to adulty football with local northern league men's teams and the Newcastle United Womens team where i was coach to the first team and assisant manger to the reserve team.
