My main duties are to provide effective teaching and learning within the Technology Faculty - which comprises of both Technological Education, Computing Studies and Business Management Education. Other areas of my remit include technology development, quality assurance, staff leadership and management, creating a self-improving system which is challenged and supported, facilitating a collaborative, targeted and proportionate approach to intervention based upon the assessment of risks and needs, and facilitating communication and collaboration between schools and departments at a national level.
