With over 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, I am a passionate and skilled shift manager and quality control analyst, specializing in fatty acids and polymer additives. I currently work at Cargill, one of the world's leading agribusiness and food companies, where I lead a team of operators to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance. I am driven by the mission of providing sustainable and innovative solutions for the food, feed, and industrial markets, and I value collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement in my work.In my previous role as a lead QC shift analyst at Croda, a global leader in specialty chemicals, I was responsible and involved in quality control, yield optimization, risk management, and general lab analysis. I used various analytical techniques, such as gas chromatography, FTnIR, and XRF, to test and monitor the production of fatty acids and derivatives. I also worked closely with production managers and operators to achieve KPIs and maximize throughput, while ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. I leveraged my skills in quality control, fatty acids, and analytical chemistry to deliver consistent and high-quality results for Croda and it's customers.
