Implementation of equipment delivery and On-site Endoscopic Specialist (OES) recruitment and training for all managed services in the South-East of England. Field based support to customers with managed service equipment supplied by KARL STORZ, including implementation of equipment delivery, commissioning and staff training for new contracts. I was also responsible for providing Theatres support, equipment service visits, and covering for On-site Endoscopic Specialists during leave.

I had a wide range of responsibilities and provided service enhancements wherever possible to ensure patient and staff safety, maximise equipment uptime and minimise surgical delays.Key Responsibilities:- First line support to the Theatre team during surgery to ensure patient safety and equipment performance.- Staff training on all KARL STORZ equipment used in Theatres and outpatient departments.- Preventative maintenance and equipment set up between procedures.- Asset management and responsibility for facilitating equipment repair.- Database and documentation management.- Reporting to both the customer and the business on KPIs and notable repair or usage trends.Notable Achievements:- OES of the year in 2016.- 10-year contract renewal during my tenure as the OES.- Facilitated site visits which contributed to the uptake of new managed service contracts in the UK.- Presented to representatives of the NHS and private medical practices during a national meeting.
