Feeling that I owed modular construction far less than it owed me after the previous 14 months, I decided that a move into the modular supply chain would be a welcome break and an even greater challenge. Having contributed greatly to the expansion of the company over a three and a half year period, it's time for a new challenge and the modular world is.

Back at my first ever employer on a temporary contract, managing a number of commercial schemes nationwide including the site-based management of a complex extension to an existing hospital at Burton-on-Trent.

A short and temporary appointment with a view to improving the processes used by the company using my extensive knowledge and experience of larger projects. Unfortunately the companies existing financial liabilities were not to be overcome and, when a planned CVA did not reach agreement, the company was liquidated.
