During my tenure at CPM, I worked closely as Client Services Manager for clients such as Hewlett Packard, Disney/Marvel/Pixar and then finally Procter & Gamble. Was transferred along with client to new agency in June/July 2017.

Responsible for setting up a major new operation in Madrid for their client: LG Electronics (Mobile Phone Division). Project managed the entire enterprise with all aspects covered from hiring / training management & staff, finding office space, setting up policies and procedures from scratch.

Big Picture is a field-marketing and training agency for major blue-chip corporations. Primary responsibilities included end-to-end campaign management, incorporating campaign logistics, briefing, measurements and reporting; training events; implementing planning and controls; and client relations.

Responsible for managing a team of field-sales professionals across multiple offices; including target setting, coaching, training, performance management.

Publisher of daily, weekly and community newspapers in the Florida Keys, USA. Primary responsibilities included the day-to-day management of all weekly publications, across multiple offices. Running the editorial, sales, distribution, finance and operations teams. Also responsible for the management of publication acquisitions and takeovers, re-branding and re-launching of publications, both off and online.
