Dev Coach - BA(hons) Business & TourismPrior to setting up The Peak Climbing School ltd in 2018 I was a freelance instructor for many years working for and alongside a variety of outdoor climbing providers and centres. I managed The Climbing Station in Loughborough for 4 years where I developed my indoor coaching skills and knowledge of physical training alongside the Lattice founders Ollie & Tom. Being invited to help develop the BMC program for the Regional Development Coaching Centre's, piloting the BMC Fundamentals and working with the NICAS team to develop NIBAS; helped progressed my knowledge into the world of professional scheme development.Personally I have climbed all over the world and to a reasonable level, having spent much of my oversea climbing time in Europe in the Alps, France & Spain. Currently I am the Managing Director of The Peak Climbing School Ltd & The Peak Climbing Wall based in the Peak District in the UK. As a business we are involved in a variety of fields from guiding / coaching / DofE expedition coordinating / Technical Advising and First Aid Training.
