After working within the catering field for over 30 years I have finally moved away and have now set up my own external freelance business which also encompasses private teaching at home, full catering services as well as working alongside suppliers in providing high quality services and delivery.

Taking on a great challenge working away from meat proteins and into the world of vegetables! New systems are being set in place to make this an exciting venture even though the company has been around for twenty years or so, where this can be taken is endless. Using years of knowledge and valuable experience, and working alongside same minded individuals is what I have been looking for for sometime now, need to be in the big smoke not hidden away in deepest darkest Cornwall where no one wants or knows how to succeed.
