- Leads all aspects of manufacturing sales, brand strategy, marketing, and engineering of nozzle-based media filtration system manufacturing to municipal water and wastewater clients- Initiated, expanded, engineered, and branded company offerings into comprehensive filtration systems for conventional water treatment, wastewater tertiary filtration, biologically active filtration, GAC adsorption, denitrification, and membrane pretreatment from only underdrain and nozzle components- Conceived, programmed, and updates complex computer model to hasten the design and costing of filter systems, to include its underdrain, nozzles, air system, media, troughs, valving, instrumentation, controls, freight, and commissioning- Developed, launched, and created engineering design models for proprietary MAXIMUS™ filter underdrain system, Ortho-Wash™ media-retention baffled wash troughs, and Type R6 sloped-floor GAC contactor lateral underdrains- Produced original marketing products to include videos, animations, e-blasts, exhibit banners, case studies, and brochures. Helped overhaul company website to reflect new filtration system offerings- Assembles, trains, manages, and travels extensively with North American network of manufacturer's representatives- Initiated and maintains CRM (Avidian Prophet) through desktop and mobile devices to manage and drive sales
