I am based in Grant Thornton's Equity Reward practice (part of the wider Employer Soultions Tax practice), geographically covering London, the South and the West of England.I provide tax advice to a wide variety of businesses, ranging from entrepreneurial early stage companies to global corporations and have been doing so for over ten years. My focus is on designing and implementing share and remuneration plans for senior executives and key employees. In addition, I provide advice to both purchasers and vendors in respect of the "personal tax" aspects of transactions involving shares and securities.
